Dietary Information

With the increasing occurrence of food allergies, Zimt is careful to ensure their range of produce can be enjoyed by all.

Zimt offers a range of gluten free, egg free, dairy free and nut free products, and can cater for birthdays and other occasions where food allergies and intolerance are often difficult issues to navigate. The chefs are always improving their recipes and looking for new ways to cater for people who find themselves restricted in their enjoyment of such delectable treats.

Sadly, Zimt cannot guarantee the people who are severely allergic to nuts that any product they produce is safe for them. Nuts are part of so many Zimt products, their presence in the bakehouse makes is impossible to guarantee against their effect.
